General Delegates
NBA Chapters
The Delegation
The complete TABL delegation consists of
fifteen (15) seats. Eight (8)
fixed seats are automatically filled by
the president and president-elect of
each of the four* NBA chapters in
Tennessee (or their designees). Those eight delegates
then reach out to other urban and rural
areas of the state to appoint an
additional six delegates -- two from the
Western Division, two from the Middle
Division, and two from the Eastern
Division (general delegates). The
fifteenth delegate is a representative
appointed from the host city of the
annual convention and meeting. The fifteenth delegate shall be the Immediate Past President.
* We are
pleased to announce the very recent
formation of a fifth NBA Chapter in
Tennessee: The
Ballard-Taylor Chapter in Jackson
(Hewitt
Chapman, President).
TABL welcomes this long overdue addition
to the Tennessee NBA family. We
look forward to expanding the board of
delegates so that the leadership of the
Ballard-Taylor Chapter can take their
seat at the TABL!
